Trojan Horse Downloader HELP!!!!

Hi guys!

I have a really big problem!!! and i need your help!

I have a network running everything setup properly etc. All of a sudden the WHOLE network got infected with this trojan. I have scanned with AVG on some of the computers and it has found me these trojans:

Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic.SKQ
Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic.TLQ
Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic.HGT

The computers are very slow and alot of popups are appearing. I ran spybot, and i deleted all of them except these two:

Command Service
Network Monitor.

The Internet is also going crazy as some times its on and sometimes its off or very slow!

Can someone help me by telling me how to get rid of this problem, andwhat anti virus i should use!!

You should disable file/connection sharing so you are not reinfecting the computers on the network as you get each one cleaned out.

Please complete the below and work through the process one computer at a time.


- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

• Bitdefender
• Panda Scan
• HijackThis​
