Trojan horse dropper.agent.joc

Hi! What is this Trojan horse Dropper. Agent.JOC? Is the JOC different then the GIT that other people have had?

Apparently it has been in the virus vault since August. AVG free put it in the virus vault but said it could not delete it. It is in both my C: and D: drives.

c:\programfiles\commonfiles\Install Shield\engine\6\Intel32\Knlwrap.exe
d:\ (all the same as above except KNLWRAP.EXE is in caps

Also said:

Virus found Exploit
c:\Documents and settings\Jeanie\local setting\Temporary Internet Files\content.IE5\RD24VD6Z\index(1).htm

Also: the computer has been saying Errors in Snap In (unrelated?)

What does this mean? Has someone been observing everything that has been said and surfed on this computer.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
