trojan horse problems

    i need help with getting rid of a virus from my computer because i can't figure out how to do it myself after googling for a day or so. avg 8.0 has recently informed me that my computer is infected with several trojan horse viruses including psw.onlinegames.aygy, win32/heur, dialer.sap, and generic11.gdc. i've tried healing the viruses, sending them to the vault and removing them but the warning box from avg tells me their still on my computer everytime i load IE. I ran hijack this and i'm hoping someone can help me please!
