Trojan Horse Removal Help Needed

    I have detected that my machine is overthrown with Trojan Viruses,examples are Trojan Horse Proxy.BIH (Located in Windows), Trojan Horse IRC/BackDoor.SdBot.OZG (Located in Windows. It seems like all the system files have been corrupted. I have downloaded HiJackThis and i have a log (attached).

    If anyone can assist me by providing support as to how to remove this thing from my machine for good I would much appreciate it.
