trojan horse remover

seems that this trojan has effected mt virtal meomry . this is my log from highjack I hope someone can help this is driving me crazy . Sometimes my computer works and other time it just sits there;

 

I have done everything that was suggested . s/d did not find anything . But I am still not conviced that my cpu is clean . I have found other tojans last week , zlob downloader , smithfraud , virus locker . Its strange sometimes my system works great then all of a sudden my keyboard will not work but the keyboard light is on . After a few minuites I will hear a short beep and everything works fine . I just don't get it :yum
