Trojan lowZone

    Running Xp. Have run Norton antivirus 2004 in safe mode with system restore off, scanned with all the recommneded programs (ADaware, CCleaner, sypbot, cwshredder, Kill2me, AVG, A squared etc and cannot remove Trojan Low Zone and Trojan horse viruses.

    All these programs identify the virus, but I cannot quarantine, delete, heal, or repair the file.

    What am I doing wrong?

    You need to try an online scanner in safe mode with networking. Removed a similar virus no problems like that today. My assumption, based on what you have said, is you did not try a safe mode scan with an online scanner. Let us know.

    For some reason, I am unable to get online while in Safe Mode with Networking (running XP). Is there something I am doing wrong?
