Trojan Nightmare on XP - Trojan Startpage 19j

This has been driving me insane!!!! As soon as I log on I get this message

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Then the option to send an error report which I've had in the past which goes away generally after closing - but this happens, I send an error report and then 5 seconds later I get the same message again and it never stops!!

AVG picked up that it was a Trojan startup 19j, I've ran scans on it with avast, avg spybot, SpSeHjFix, cleanup4, adaware and cwshredder.

Tried changing settings on start page but then computer crashes when I try and get into explorer and I have to restart.

Have deleted a few files after that but these error messages are still showing every 5 seconds.

First, please run the following online scans:

TrendMicro Online Scan
Bitdefender online scan
RavAntivirus online scan <-- select Auto Clean then click Scan My PC
TrojanScan online scan

After you have ran the below online scans, reboot and attach a current HJT log.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT
