Trojan Problem

Ok Here is my problem,
I have a laptop here at work that I have run spybot and adware on and I am still having a problem getting rid of a trojan that is located on this computer. I have even tried NAV and it is not even finding it.

I asked the user if this only happens when is connected to the internet and to his knowlage that is the only time he has a problem.

I have run Hijackthis many times and it has been a wonderful thing in the past.
I know we are not to post our logs but I have looked through this log in the past and I can't seem to find what is wrong here.

If you could please look over my log and help me with tell me what to remove that would wonderful

What trojan? Name? Filenames?

Do you know what these are:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\Dashsvc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\scrdll.exe

O23 - Service: dashsvc - Motion Computing Inc. - C:\WINDOWS\system32\Dashsvc.exe

as far as I can tell that is something that was installed with the computer its self.
This was a fresh install of windows just over a week ago.

How do you know it is there,
if you do not know its name?

Try to get more info on them by right clicking on them and selecting Properties and then the Version tab (if it has one). Then scroll thru all the Item names.
