    Hi all,

Windows Security Essentials keeps finding multiple trojans on my computer (even after I remove them). The one that keeps coming back is something related to "reveton".

I've done the basics to malware removal and I'll attach my logs to this message. I have access to internet and the computer isn't in horrible condition. It is running considerable slower than it should though, and I suspect the viruses are still lurking.

(Also, it didn't find anything with TDSKiller, where can I find the log?)

Please take a look at the logs and advise me as how to proceed.

    Thanks for all the help!

    Colin

    I have two comments.
    1. I do not see Microsoft Security Essentials even installed.
    2. I do not see any signs of Reveton and yo would know if it you had this infection. See the symptoms >>http://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/trojan_w32_reveton.shtml
Your logs are clean. Are you sure it is just not an issue with something located in System Restore?

Attach a log from MSSE please .. OR, tell me exactly what the threat is and what it's file path is (where it resides on the machine)

    *sorry Chas, we x-posted*
