   I am running AVG and the other night the POP3 scanner starts up and shows my computer connecting to some mail server. Well I scaned for Viruses with both and the only thing I could see was it came up with trojan.proxcrak.a.
   
   I cant seem to find any removal tools for this or where to remove this trojan.
   
   Here is my Hijackthis log file.
