Trojan PWS - I need help

I have spyware and when I do a scan, I get the following showing up: Trojan PWS.sagi Trojan PWS.fulbiz Trojan PWSteal.agent.c and Trojan PWS.Tanspy
Spyware will not remove them, when it comes to anyone of these it totally freezes. I have tried running spyware in safe mode and the same thing happends. I also downloaded Trend MIcro PC-cillin, and still spyware keeps showing up with these Trojans. Can someone please help me in getting rid of these? PLEASE

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
