Trojan that wont go :(

1st hello to everyone here im hopeing someone can help me out a little ....

Iv read & tried the sticky's but still cant get rid of this thing .....winlogonhook is the fella that wont go , also had a bankfraud come up on a scan confused....Whats happening is yesterday i lost all my desktop icons & start bar , just have my desktop picture showing , i booting in safe mode & ran spk sweeper which picked it up & said it had removed , i rebooted & my icons came back for about 60 seconds then went again .... Now im lost on where to go next , can someone please help me try something else

If you have run the READ & RUN ME stciky you should know that you are required to post all of the below logs as attachments:

CounterSpy - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users

AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy. - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users

Bitdefender - from step 6

Panda Scan - from step 6

In addition, if you ran the sticky exactly as requested you would be using HJT version 1.99.1 instead of the beta version of 2.0.

Is your copy of Spy Sweeper a paid version or a free trial version? If free, you should uninstall it.
