Trojan Win32.gh

Last week a problem arose My Norton security 2008 became non functional and I noticed I could not boot in the safe mode, my older system restore points were gone, a new one was created not by me and it seems some of my windows files were altered. There is a link in your web where the person described the same problems I have, I downloaded Ewido Antispyware and ran it and it seems it cleaned out malware however I still have same issues as described at the top. I ran Kapersky antivirus live scan and it gave me a report of all the files that were locked. The initial virus that infected my system was Infected Trojan: Downloader Win32.Bagle.gh After I ran Ewido that line item was gone however all other windows files remained locked, Enc log. Can anyone help? Thanks George
