Trojan.Win32.Qhost.df

I have found this in my system How do I remove it it keeps reappearing I went in to the regedit and removed the entry it has said it was in but it keeps coming back Please Help

I just finished running through those instructions on the Read First page and Here id what I found I still Receice the Spyware frm SpyBot called : Papis,A

and also The Trojan.Win32.Qhost.df
THey both show an entry of : Local_Machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\ruins
That I have tried to remove but it keeps reappearing;

The Trojan.Win32.Qhost.Df was found by eTrust Pestpatrol

 

I ran Bitdefendr and it came back clean here is the report

 

OK I fixed what you told me to here are the 2 reports you asked for from Hijack this and from fiwware

 

Thank You for your help it seems to be acting fine now and I have run a couple different scans and everything looks clear
