Trojan:Win32/Vundo.gen!M Help please

Ok i think i have had this virus for about 2 or 3 days...



I have McAfee Security center and Windows defender, The virus only is detected on Windows defender on McAfee Security Center it doesnt detect anything ... I will post a screenshot on what happens if i try to remove the virus on windows defender.

So far the virus causes the desktop to dissapear when i open any folder , I heard that its supposed to cause internet problems but i have had none so far... in fact the desktop problem is the only problem i have... but im not sure if thats the virus or not .



Please help me get rid of this problem and please make it simple because i am a noob at these kind of things.
