Trojan

    I am in need of help, I have no clue so here it goes, I keep getting a box that says " The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSUTB.dll is not a valid Windows image." I cannot get it to go away!! Also I have a Trojan that cannot be removed and my computer runs slow as ever. The detection name is "Downloader.gen.a and the file name is "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32|APPCERT\WSIL32.DLL" I run virus scan and it wont remove it. Please help
