TrojanDNSCHARGER keeps coming back

I ran CCleaner, then superantispyware, then Malwarebytes and removed the Trojan, I then ran Hitmanpro and removed all it came up with. I then run MB again and the same 4 Trojans keep coming up. Here is the log of MB
