   hi. i was up all night trying to remove this and no success. i post here because it seems that each individual case is a little different, so i am hesitant to remove files that others have in case, my infection is different. i am getting all of the same pop ups, all of the same microsoft alerts,...all of the same warnings. if anyone can help, i am totally lost and would REALLY REALLY appreciate it. Thanks very much.
