trojans that wont go away erg hijack this log

    I though I should explain what is happening to my PC a little better. It was completely ****sored with a bunch of little gremlins, so I ran lots and lots of stuff to clear it out. Adware SE, SPybot SD, and AVG free. It all seems to be working better exept AVG keeps coming up with a window that says it has found a virus in WNNT/Systm32/rdiv (I think) it says it is a trojan horse genereic.GM I will delete/move to vault/heal and it will go away then pop right back up. For somereason spybot is not really working, and when i run adware in the specified area my PC will promptly shut down.

    Help on this would be great.

    Welcome to MGs!

    You have a few different problems! You should have followed are READ & RUN ME sticky thread before posting a HJT log. Let's do the following:

    First run this and attach the log: Virtumonde aka Trojan Vundo Removal

    Then please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

    Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


    After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
