Trojans/worms and out of options.

Hello all, a friend of mine's computer has since a few days been infected with (several) trojans and a virus or two. I myself have told her to make a HJT log so at least I won't be at a forum emptyhanded, but if more logs or scans are needed I'll be happy to oblige. Her AVG virus vault seems to have several trojans but deletion won't matter, they get re-installed. These include Trojan horse downloaders Generic7.UEJ, I-Worms Nuwar-U and a virus called Swizzor, (if that's any help). I went through a few threads here earlier including the tutorials and the how-to's and what not, but I don't think I'm qualified to tell her what to do at this point. So any advice you can give me would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
