trouble finding good agp mobo?

    hey guys, building a new pc shortly but i would like to use most of my old parts. (pent4 2.8, 1 gig rambo, etc)

    i need a motherboard with 4 ram slots so i can reuse my ram and have 2 gigs. i also would like to have it agp coz i have a fairly good agp card.

    Oh.... and i would like it to be dual core compatible....on that note, would i be better off buying a pent4 3.2 cpu, or a dual core 1.8?
