trouble with burning

i have dvd43 dvd shrink also nero. well i have dvd43 turn on have dvd shrink running and i'll put the movie in and click open disk go through what i want to then hit back up now it says error: copy protection error now if dvd43 is suppose to be a decryption program then what the hell i have both options checked on dvd43 i have already copyed a couple of my movies now it won't do it. so i uninstalled both dvd43 and dvd shrink and reinstalled them.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME i will be copmletely greatful.... and thank you for all of your help..

 

Just remember, copying movies is not legal. Not even sure if making backups are but....
