Trouble with IBT AVX version

I have used IBT AVX for a while without issue. I recently installed windows 8.1. I am getting this error, even when not OCing.

It will run as many times as you want and get the proper results, but at the very end when it would say passed, that comes up.

If you Google "linpack binary stopped unexpectedly" you only get about a dozen links, so it is rare. One of the Google results does reference that it still happened after setting CPU back to stock. twice yestedday it did pass, but then stated failing again. I DLed the program again.

Regular IBT doesn't have that issue. Any ideas?
