Looked around and wasn't able to find a similar post.

I just went through setting up a Linksys Router WRT54G V8. The Power, WLAN, Ethernet, and Internet lights are all on green. When I went through the Setup Wizard, after the basic connecting of cables, it went to check computer setting. After a few seconds it gives this message:

    Unable to connect to router!
Check that the router bas been connected to the computer,
and that your Ethernet adapter is working.

Any thoughts on what to do next?

Put a side the CD and try to connect manually (se Linksys manual for instructions).

In addition check your computer's Network health.
