Trouble With Sound

Hi I can not really hear the sound on my computer for you tube etc .I have tried adjusting the volume with the little icon on the bottom right but it is already as loud as it will go .I have gone into my computer and tried to adjust it there with no avail .Can someone help me please

No There Is No ? in device manager ,and I AM WINDOWS &

 

By WINDOWS & do you mean Windows 7? Also, have you tried adjusting the volume level within the youtube player and the other player(s) you're using?

Normally, the media players have built-in volume controls as well so, even though you may have your system volume control turned all the way up, if the built-in volume control of the media player is set to a low level you will hardly hear anything.

It sort of works like a preamp/power amp setup for audio equipment. The media player acts like a preamp and your systems sound acts like a power amp. You could have the power amp volume set to full but if the volume level on the preamp is set low you won't get much sound.

 

Have you check the audio services ? You can go to Start - Run services.msc - Ok to navigate to Windows Audio services checking your audio device if it's enable or not , you can look at this thread
