 I am having real problems here with my T-Mobile ISP yall. They keep telling me the problem is in my PC not there software or service. I can get on-line and surf the web all I want but I can not sign in to hardly any sites (here and yahoo really) and I was wanting to know if yall can tell me if there are any settings that might cause this problem and if so is it hard to change it? I have called them untill I am blue in the face. I am tired of fighting with them so I am turning to someone with some brains that might can help me. And if not I will call and yell some more lol. I have attached a copy of my system report I hope it has what you need in it.

Does this mean no ideas on how to fix this or how to argue with them about this?

Which windows version and service pack ( SP ) are you using?

Are you fully upto date will all updates for windows?

    A few things to try,

    1. Delete temporary interent files and cookies ( from IE click Tools > Internet Options and on General page click Delete Cookies and Delete Files ( also tick offline content)

    2. Check the Privacy Settings again in IE click Tools > Internet Options > Privacy and if not set to Medium, set the slider to Medium and click Apply

    3. Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

Ok sorry about not giving everything I should of known better but I am just flustered with this thing and T-Mobile.

I am running Windows XP with SP1 (I can't put SP2 on this machine for some reason it will not run with it on there last time I put it on here it totally messed up my machine and it had to go in the shop, I almost lost everything on it.)

Next I have done everything on your list as best as I can. only problems I had was none of the programs will update (cause of not being able to get threw to the product servers.) Also I could not sign onto internet in safe mode with networking.

I am at a loss here what can I do?

another thing to try as you are getting DNS errors ( helped me in the past )

Goto Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter ( close all webpages first tho )

Not sure how I can fix that short of buyig a new windows cd and that is like 100.00 and ideas?
