Trouble with the registry?

I got rid of many viruses on my computer that i had gotten and now the problem is i cant open any .exe files nor can i open any external files that will help me. I tried putting in a flash drive with a program and it still will not let me open this program. It keeps telling me that it cant locate the file and to choose a program that will run the file/program. Does anyone have any solutions or programs that will help me?

Copy everything between the lines below into notepad and save the file as add.reg
