troubles with system recovery

    ok, i was re-formatting my computer, i got all the way through and at the very end where you click finish , whenever i click it just sits there and never does anything.... im not sure why it isnt finsihing or what i should do, if anyone could help me with this problem it would be very appreciated... oh and its windows xp home edition
