Please read the sticky thread and do not post any logs (especially HJT) inline.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

What is your expected home page and where are you being hijacked to? It does not show in your log that you are being hijacked.

 

Complete the instructions in my last message from beginning to end. Then ATTACH the required logs. There will be three of them:
- BitDefender online scan log
- PandaActiveScan log
- a new HJT log

 

Do follow the guide that Chaslang posted above and post any logs as per the guide as attachments.... the guide will give a base point to work from and needs following as best as possible, if you cannot follow any steps please say so and why!
