    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

Word of caution....never post an email address is a message forum like that. (Note that I xxxx'd it out for your safety). It can result in you being added to spam lists all over the world. Also, all work on malware problems is done here in the forums for all users to benefit from.

Let's try something easy and faster first. Run the below procedure:

    SpywareQuake & SpyFalcon Removal Procedure

Then attach your smitfiles.txt log here when finish. If you do not know how to attach a log see: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post

MANY, MANY THANKS from a grateful 70 yr old Senior Citizen...as soon as I ran RuunThis.bat it solved the problem. I appreciate your advice and apologize for my naivety in posting my e-mail address, guess I'm just too trusting. I will also be more careful in where I go on the internet. I have Norton 2006 and Spybot and Adaware, should I run the 3 all the time or is Norton enf? Any advice, will be much appreciated.

    Again, many thanx!:)

You're welcome. Is Ad-Aware the paid or free version? If free, it is only a scanner and provides no protection. Spybot is a scanner and does provide some protection. Yes you need an antivirus and antispyware too. You also need a software firewall. Everything you need to know is covered in the below.

If you are not having any other malware problems, you should work thru the below link:
