Trusted Site For New Abiword Icon

Trying out AbiWord text editor but I'd like to change out the desktop icon. I trust very very few sites besides MG for downloads. Would anyone know a safe site that would have icons?

Also if you have any thoughts re: AbiWord I'd be interested in your experience.

While there are numerous sites where you could download icons, it seems Windows users are no longer interested in changing/editing/creating icons.
I suggest making your own - it's fun.

Abiword for Windows hasn't been maintained since 2012.

 

That would explain why I can't find good links to contact the makers re: their ver 3.xx server links.

I suggest you try Atlantis Word Processor Lite.
It's free, a small download and install, and supports doc, docx, rtf & other formats.

Cool. Thanks. Been using EditPad lite and Polyedit lite for .rtf but can't paste in Poly more than once.
