trying to burn winamp playlist in window's media player

I have some music on my pc that i created in a winamp play list. ending is .m3u and i was trying to burn it using windows media player version 11.0.6001.7000 i can not get it to burn. it reads 2 out of the 25 songs in the list. i am trying to find a free ware burner to burn this playlist with. or a program that will convert all the songs so that it will burn through window's media player. i downloaded cdburnerxp but i am not able to get the songs to show up in the burn list so that i can burn it with that program. any help would be great. i am tryingto give this playlist to a friend and put a copy in my own car.

 

are they just mp3's?
