Trying to clean up Malware

I ran the programs that were suggested earlier. They found Malware and I have an RRlog.txt file saved to my desktop, but I am not sure exactly how the correct way to post it. I will include it here. The Malware appears to have been taken care of but I still have a C:/ with only 19.3GB free of 109GB. Previous to the virus's I had less than half of that drive full. I really don't understand what I am doing I primarily use my laptop for estimating (construction) software and internet/e-mail. Am I doing this right or am I being totally inappropiate posting here. I apologize if I am. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

also i cannot find the MGlogs.zip file. please help!

The log is right where we say it should be assuming you put the MGTools.exe on the root drive-->
C:\MGLogs.zip
You also need to attach these logs:
SAS
MBAM
ComboFix

my problem is that i do not know where "right where you say " is exactly. i don't even know what a root drive is. i guess if you could re-tell me where to look it would be a big help, because i cannot find it on the forum or I am not understanding the direction. thanks

Double click My Computer....double click the C:\ drive.....scroll down till you see C:\MGLogs.zip.
