I have done a unistall of Webroot Spysweeper, but I noticed in Windows Explorer under Program Files I have a folder called Webroot. When I try to delete this folder I get an error message which reads:
    Error Deleteing File or Folder
    SSCtxMnu.dll access is denied

    I have Windows XP
    Thanks

This probably means it did not uninstall properly! If you bought Spy Sweeper you should be complaining to Webroot about this.

This is not really a malware topic. You could try a tool like Pocket Killbox or MoveOnBoot to delete the DLL file at reboot and then delete the folder afterwards. You may still have a service from Spy Sweeper running.
