I have a Magnavox 37mf321D that won't turn on. The front LED continues to blinking green.

I replaced 3 capacitors that were bulging.
When i tested it after i replaced them it turned on, but after i turned it back off, it went back to the same problem.

Not sure if i should continue to test the other components on the power supply board or what. any suggestions/ideas?

We've had the same problem with numerous Gateway monitors here at work. I pull the power board and replace all the caps whether they are bulging or not and have had a great success rate.
