trying to open a download with HIPS Email Attachment Helper?

    I just tried to download a freeware program called "FLV Player". When the download screen came up it said it wanted to open with, "HIPS Email Attachment Helper". of course I could not open it. Normally I get a do you want to open or save this file and if I click on open it opens it. This file that wants to open with "HIPS Email Attachment Helper" does not open. What the heck is going on?

    Well never mind I found the answer in another thread. Turns out it was my ca firewall. Thanks
