trying to order prints on line

    I down loaded my pictures to the pc from dogital camera . im using windows xp. using the wizard on the pc. I have dial up but one time they went thru and i picked my pictures up at the pharmacy . other times it gos for an hour and says failed. is the fire wall blocking this? or what am i doing wrong.. Thanks

    I'm thinking the connection on the server side is timing out.
    Since picture files can be very large they may take a very long time to upload using a dial-up connection. The server will kill the upload if it takes too long in order to preserve server resources.

    Best way is possibly to either upload fewer pictures at a time or reduce sizes of pictures prior to upload.

    Easiest way, take your camera card to the pharmacy, put it into the kiosk and select the pictures that you want printed out.
