Trying to Remove Smart PC Cleaner

I have followed the Windows XP Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure instruction thread. My primary goal was to remove Smart PC Cleaner, but it is still on my computer. I also have CC Cleaner on my machine and wonder if it should be removed. Performance on my desktop has been extremely slow for the months this has been on my system. I followed the removal procedures back in August and again today. I have attached the 5 log files from today per the instructions. There were three TDSSKiller logs from today, so I attached the latest time stamp log. Please let me know what I should do to remove Smart PC Cleaner and any other software or malware that should be removed. Thanks.
