tsk mngr wont open

well, stay open
and hjt wont stay open either
my mother in laws pc is all screwed up
already ran throug what I could in the boiler(and hen some{all from here})
and if I can get the task mngr to stay open
its weird. . anything that looks for whats running closes within a half a sec of opening
found a bunch of stuff with every program known to christ

I did see something that cought my eye
G.exe owner running process
is there another way to end that without the tskmnger?
