tulip 310 8640 drivers

    hi would anyone know where i can download the drivers for a tulip topline 310 laptop would like a full set for everything if possible but mainly the sound card,a video controller(VGA compatible). a universal serial bus usb controler, a sm bus controller,a multimedia audio controller.a network controller. a pci modem, could you also tell me how to install them please thankyou for your time to read this and thankyou if you reply to me with help

    Hi

    If I remember correctly Tulip Computers do not make home based PCs these days, so not easy to locate the drivers, but run the below as written and maybe we can find the OEM ones that may work.

    Hi

    Sorry to be a pain but that log was not the one I ment to post, left in the clipboard from another driver post I made!!

    However it did highlight that seems as if Audio is not being detected so enter your BIOS and make sure the onboard audio is enabled, then run the below.

    hi pressed f2 is that the bios because i cant see anything about sound in there but i have run everest

    Hi

    For the Chipset and VGA try this one HERE (need to type the code show to download, should stay live until you see this post)

    And reboot, then install the Audio from HERE

    oh my god your a star thankyou so much for the time you have given me out of your life your one in a million,i cant tell you how grateful i am to you for helping me and all the other people who have problems dont know where wed be without you,ps will the other drivers on that page work for this laptop

    So you managed to get those drivers as the pages are back to default for me now and dont list the actual driver?

    Hey you are welcome, just me giving a little bit of knowledge back, why have it if you dont share.. and if it helps you and you are happy then so am I :) as its just the way we work here on Majorgeeks, clear as possible answers will no riddicule of simple questions.

    On the SIS pages they may not do, the driver would need to match what hardware device on your PC is missing a driver, in Device Manager do you have any yellow ! marks, if so what are they next too?

    hi could i also ask you how i swap key board lay out or do i need a driver for this too the @ is on the 2 button and it should be on the / key
    also all the yellow marks are by what i put in first post i listed them all see i dont know if its meant to be a wireless or not but theres still quite a lot listed

    Did not the drivers I mentioned cover removing some of those yellow ! marks as they should have covered SMbus, Audio and VGA at least?
    Just really need to know whats left.

    As for keyboard layout try this its from HP but says what I would have typed HERE


    Could try this for the Broadcom WiFi it may work HERE but as I originally stated its not an easy thing to find drivers when the original company dont list the PC models and download on their website, so some trial and error.

    missing network controller universal serial bus (usb)controler and a unknown device pci modem but if you dont think there important it doesn't matter sound was my many problem.

    Hi

    If PC is working as you want it at present then we could leave those drivers for another day, they would only be important if you really needed them to use another device, but as its working best not to mess with it.
