This website seems quite good for tutorials into Flash..Like myself and many who does own Flash but finds it hard to use, this site with many others really helps in getting you started and on the track to making great Flash movies.

http://www.flashkit.com/ is also an excellent site. I don't use the tutorials as much, but I like to learn from the source files for the movies on that site.
