TV Out

    I need to connect my computer display to my TV.
    I am about to buy a video card with a TV Out to do that.

    First question, if the video card says HDTV Out, can it work on my normal TV (given that I have the right cables, etc.)

    Second question, most of those video card with TV Out comes with the 9-pin s video cable with YPrPb on the other end. My TV takes those yellow, red, white plugs. How do I make this work?

    I mean, this is not making any sense at all. Most TV take the yellow plug. Now on all the TV Out video cards, it gives me YPrPb. Isn't TV Out suppose to go into the TV?
