It seems to be working but can not tune it in to any of stations here in Australia. The video in works but will not tune?

I had that problem as well. Turned out I'd put the antenna cable into the wrong outlet, so there was simply nothing there to tune in. Does the tv work in the same outlet? (if you have one)

Yes! I even run the tv through the video input on the tuner card and it came up with the exact same picture as on the tv.

Alright so that's one thing ruled out. Then it must be the software or driver, or a faulty regional setting. Go through the setup again and make sure the country setting is correct, then do an autoscan again. If no go - completely uninstall and remove the card from device manager, physically remove the card from your computer, start it up, check again there's nothing left, power off, then reinstall. You might wanna try another PCI port as well (read further down). These cards are a bit sensitive (for example my card keeps losing the channels from time to time for no reason at all) so be sure you're using the correct driver.

Also keep in mind that these cards are powered from two sources. There are power coming from the tv signal as well as the computer, so be sure to have the computer grounded through the power cord when you plug the antenna cable in! Or else you might encounter what I did - the PCI port fried to extinction =)

The driver should be easy enough to find on a bundled CD or the makers site. Logic should point you to which driver would be the best one.

If all else fails, contact the maker and see if they've got a support line or something. They're usually not much use other than swapping faulty cards, which might be the case. Probably not but you still can't rule it out.

    Good luck!

If you didnt have drivers, I'm guessing you dont have manual either.
There could be many reasons why your having trouble.
Could be compatibily issues with your video card?
    Incorrect setup?
Use Rikky's link can download Drivers/Manual/Etc.
See the Technical page, click on support, then scroll down to Spirt TV Tuner
