TV tuner installation error

Today I bought the external tv card “Leadtek Winfast TV USB II Deluxe” and I encounter a problem during the installation. I am on Windows XP Pro Greek SP1 and according to the manual I install first the Hotfix which was included into the cd. During the installation of it popped up several time this message: Device install Error. It wasn’t possible for the Windows to load the installation program for Image. Communicate with the vendor of the device for help (the original message was in Greek so this is a translation which may not match 100% with the message coming from the English edition of Windows). Beside that message the installation continued properly, the pc rebooted and I was ready to install the drivers for your product. Then during the driver installation I encounter again the above message. Also here the installation, besides the message, continued and the pc rebooted. Finally I install the application and I was ready to enjoy for first time the TV. But when I try to open the tv a message appears telling that “Cannot find any video capture device”. After that when I try to open the Radio a message appears telling, “FM Radio Device not found! [Error Code:80010005]”. I opened the Device Manager, though the Control Panel, to see if the device is been recognized. To the left of the devices’ name was in a yellow circle an exclamation. With right click and selecting properties I saw that the device hasn’t installed any drivers. I tried to install them again but with the same results. I tried to manually select the directory where the drivers are but it seemed that the program doesn’t find any in even if there are. What I have to do to solve the problem I describe above?
