TweakUIPowertoy Problem

    Hi all,
    wonder if anyone can help, on downloading TweakUIPowertoy from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx, on doubleclick off desktop get message:

    "C:/Documents and settings/desktop/TweakUIPowertoySetup_1a64.exe is not a valid Win32 application"

    does anyone know how to get around this,
    much appreciate if you can help
