Tought call, some could be set off my a timer or by doing something wrong. If you have personal info on your computer like banking info, I certainly would not be doing that for example. You could boot into safe mode to surf by rebooting and tapping f8 and select safe mode with networking. That SHOULD disable most issues bit make gaming impossible since drivers don't load.

 

My first stop currently would be Malwarebytes. If that does not remove it, your in for a battle.

I see you have a thread in our malware area and Chaslang is helping you, YOU are in very good hands with Chas, so with a combination of what MA has said above on personal files, and I would add here to backup any pictures and music you wish to save in the event of the final last option of re-installing Windows. It should not come to that option but always best to be prepaired.
