Two Cursors On Screen - One Is Static

A few days ago I started having an issue when I'll be working and all of a sudden a second, stationary cursor will appear on screen. Always in the same location, and sometimes circles will appear on the (touch)screen also - as if someone is pressing on 4 different points at once.

I can continue working (typing, scrolling) but using the actual cursor is an issue because of the conflicting "stationary" cursor on screen. Normally this disappears after restarting the computer; I have run all updates and checked virus software and nothing has come up. However after a restart the issue begins again anywhere from 10 minutes to 4 hours later.

The two images attached show the 4 "pressure points" on screen as well as the static (flickering) cursor.

Would appreciate any suggestions to fix this solution - I'm on the computer a lot as I run my own business, and this is a massive inconvenience.

    Thank you.

You need to post the brand and model of computer and monitor.
I see from your first screenshot that The computer is running Windows 10. I don't run Win 10 so I'll bow out from attempting to help.
