You still have some malware files on your PC and a trip to our malware forum after running the below should clear this up properly for you as those junk dlls are not legit.

No problems and the guys and girls there will need the logs attaching as many of these types of malwares these days need some manual instructiosn to remove, but they will give you all the instructions you need.
