two sgbhp.exe processes running for Spywareguard?

Hi. I'm running Spywareguard and Spywareblaster...and I know that sgbhp.exe and sgmain.exe are processes run by those applications. But should I actually have 2 sgbhp.exe's running at the same time? I don't see anything about it in Javacool's knowledge base.

How many browsers do you have? sgbhp prevents browser hihacking attempts. Perhaps there is one instance for each browser.
I don't run SpywareGuard so I have no way of checking if this is normal behavior.

Hi, I currently have three browser sessions open with 10 tabs on one Firefox session and multiple tabs on the others (looking up landscaping shrubs). So I guess it's not a one to one.

I was wondering if something didn't close out.

What are the three browsers?
I know SpywareBlaster only protects IE and FF but not Opera. So if SpywareGuard is similar, it may only be protecting two of the three browsers.

All are Firefox v3.5.9.

What is your operating system?

May not be unusual to see this, esp. if you are running Win7.

But try disabling both, you should be able to open both programs, turning them off, and rebooting.

Then, turn on one at a time, and reboot, and look in your TM.

I don't use either but I wouldn't be surprised if one of these was installed/used like this. :wave:wave
