Two Trojans to go! Please help!

I recently unknowningly downloaded and opened a file that contained viruses. After scanning with Ad-Aware, Spybot, Symantic, Windows Defender, Spy Sweeper, ewido, and Kaspersky, no trojan or virus seemed to be left. However, I scanned with Spyware Doctor and it somehow found two more trojans!
They are:

Trojan.Downloader.Small.CML (Troj/BckDr-DKG [Sophos]
Trojan.Win32.Agent.qt [Kaspersky]
Backdoor.Sualimpo.E [BitDefender]
Trojan.Click.1210 [Dr Web])

and

Trojan.Popuper
(AdClick Trojan.FakeSpy
Smitfraud
Quicknavigate
Trojan.Puper
Trojan-Clicker.Win32.Agent.cr[Kaspersky]
Downloader-ACZ[McAfee]
Troj/AdClick-BE[Sophos]).

I don't know how to remove these two trojans and I simply refuse to pay the money that Spyware Doctor wants. Can someone help me?

No need to pay all of the steps we have are FREE.

To assist in removing the malware, please follow these standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

I deleted some stuff from the registry and Spyware Doctor has shut up!
